We offer a quick, simple, discreet and professional service to families, executors and Solicitors to ensure properties are cleared with the minimum disruption and worry to you or your client.

WHAT DO OUR PROBATE SERVICES INCLUDE?

Our probate property clearances are comprehensive and carried out with care and sensitivity.

 

Unless otherwise instructed we will:-
 

  • Remove all items within the property including lofts and basements.

  • Clear external outbuildings, sheds and garages.

  • Reuse any items we can.

  • All waste sent to licensed transfer stations or recycled.

Our property clearances can be carried out at short notice as we are aware of the importance of deadlines for families, executors and Solicitors.

If families who need the property cleared live a distance away, we are able to liaise with solicitors or executors regarding quotations and key collection.

  • We will attend the property to give a quotation before we begin the task.
     

  • We can collect keys from solicitors and estate agents and drop them off after the clearance
     

  • We carry full Public Liability insurance.
     

  • Our employees are extremely well trained and experts in clearing houses and flats quickly, proficiently, safely and sensitively.
     

  • We are a registered waste carrier and we will ensure all waste gets disposed of correctly and safely.
